ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

Sealed Bids for the construction of TURNER PARK LIFT STATION REPLACEMENT REBID for the City of
Saltillo, MS, will be received by the City of Saltillo, 395 Mobile Street, Saltillo, MS 38866, until 2:00 p.m.
on December 14, 2021, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud.
SCOPE OF WORK: The Project consists of replacing a sewer lift station in the Turner Industrial Park.
Items of work include: Site work, gravity sewer main, sewer manholes, site piping, and sewer pump
station installation.

Bids shall be unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. Contract Documents, including Drawings and Specifications, are being made available via paper copy or digital copy. Plan holders are required to log-in or register for a plan room account at www.esiplans.com to view and order Bid Documents. All plan holders are required to have a valid email address for registration. Bid Documents are non-refundable and must be purchased through the website. For anyone
interested in submitting bids electronically in place of sealed bid, they may do so only through

tupelo@planhouseprinting.com. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available and neither
Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the plan room. Bid security and other requirements shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.

SUBMITTAL OF ELECTRONIC BIDS: Each electronically submitted bid must be submitted in “pdf” format and shall contain the same information and forms as required for the paper bids. Note – electronic bids must be secured with a bid bond. In the event that an electronically submitted bid has a corrupted attachment, the bid will be considered null and void by the owner.
