P21-380 Chickasaw WWTP Site Improvements #11242

Sealed bids for the construction of an SITE IMPROVEMENTS will be received by MARSHALL UTILITY SERVICE, LLC, until 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 7, 2022, and at that time opened and read aloud.

The work shall consist of: Construction of SITE IMPROVEMENTS, including earthwork, stone base, and erosion control. Bid quantities are specified in the contract documents. Each bid submitted must be marked on the outside as follows: MARSHALL UTILITY SERVICES LLC BID FOR SITE IMPROVEMENTS CHICKASAW WWTP 520 J.M. ASH DRIVE HOLLY SPRINGS, MS 38635.

Sealed bids will be received until the designated date and time. Electronic bids will be received until the designated date and time via electronic online bid submission through www.esiplans.com. Copies of the plans and documents should be viewed and/or purchased at Engineering Solutions, Inc. plan room at www.esiplans.com. Any bid in excess of $50,000 must contain on the outside of the envelope the contractor’s current certificate of responsibility number, and no bid shall be opened or considered unless this number appears on the outside of the envelope or unless a statement is included on the outside of the envelope indicating that the bid enclosed does not exceed $50,000.
A satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder or an accepted Surety, a certified check, or bank draft payable to the MARSHALL UTILITY SERVICES, LLC , on negotiable U.S. Government Bonds (at par value), shall be submitted with each bid in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid.
Bids may be held up to 60 days from the date of opening for review of bids and qualifications of bidders prior to contract award. Marshall Utility Services LLC reserves the right to accept or reject any bid.
