P21-150 WWTF Improvements Phase II #12025

Sealed Bids for the construction of the WWTF IMPROVEMENTS, SALTILLO & GUNTOWN, PHASE II will be received by the Sand Creek Wastewater Authority, at the offices of Engineering Solutions, Inc., 1324 N. Veterans Blvd, Tupelo, MS 38804 until 10:00 A.M. Monday, September 19, 2022 at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud.

SCOPE OF WORK: The Project consists of making improvements to the existing City of Saltillo
wastewater treatment facility as described in the attached plans and specifications. Items of work
include: Headworks Equipment Replacement, Pumping, UV Disinfection, Backup Power Supply,
Metering, Electrical and SCADA system improvements. Project Engineer: Mike Falkner, PE, Engineering Solutions, Inc., 1324 N. Veterans Blvd., Tupelo, MS 38804. Phone (662) 489-1525 email: mikef@esi-ms.com. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form.

Contract Documents, including Drawings and Specifications, are being made available via paper copy or digital copy. Plan holders are required to log-in or register for a plan room account at www.esiplans.com to view and order Bid Documents. All plan holders are required to have a valid email address for registration. Bid Documents are non-refundable and must be purchased through the website.

Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available and neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the plan room. Bid security and other requirements shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.

SUBMITTAL OF ELECTRONIC BIDS: Each electronically submitted bid must be submitted in “pdf” format and shall contain the same information and forms as required for the paper bids. Note – electronic bids must be secured with a bid bond. In the event that an electronically submitted bid has a corrupted attachment, the bid will be considered null and void by the owner.
