P23-395 North Pontotoc Site Improvements Phase 4 #18879

Sealed Bids for providing labor and equipment to construct SITE IMPROVEMENTS – NORTH PONTOTOC SCHOOL (MAIN CAMPUS), PHASE 04 will be received by the PONTOTOC COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT, at 354 CENTER RIDGE DR, PONTOTOC, MS 38863, until 2:00 pm on October 2, 2025, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project consists of the construction/installation of new drainage structures as well as the rehab of some existing drainage structures.

Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a line-item basis as indicated in the Bid Form.

Contract Documents, including Drawings and Specifications, may be examined at the office of Engineering Solutions, Inc., 180 Magee Drive, Pontotoc, MS . Contact person will be: Scotty Swindle, PE, 662-489-1525, sswindle@esi-ms.com.

Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available and neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the plan room.

Bid security and other requirements shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
