Sealed bids for the construction of ASHLEY FURNITURE FIRE PROTECTION- REBID will be received by the Lee County Board of Supervisors, 300 Main Street, Tupelo, MS 38804, until 10:00 a.m., November 18th, 2020 and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. Mailed bids shall be sent to the Lee County Chancery Clerk at
200 West Jefferson St., Tupelo, MS 38804.

Contract Documents, including Drawings and Specifications, may be examined at the office of Engineering Solutions, Inc., located at 1324 N. Veterans Blvd., Tupelo, Mississippi, and also can be viewed and/or purchased at Engineering Solutions, Inc. plan room at www.esiplans.com.

SCOPE OF WORK: 3,000 GPM Fire Pump Arrangement with a 300,000 Gallon Ground Storage Tank

Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. Contract Documents, including Drawings and Specifications, are being made available via paper copy or digital copy. Plan holders are required to log-in or register for a plan room account at www.esiplans.com to view and order Bid Documents. All plan holders are required to have a valid email address for registration. Bid Documents are non-refundable and mu st be purchased through the website. For anyone interested in submitting bids electronically · in place of sealed bid, they may do so only through www.esiplans.com. SUBMITTAL OF ELECTRONIC BIDS: Each electronically submitted bid must be submitted in “pdf’ format and shall contain the same information and forms as required for the paper bids. Note – electronic bids must be secu red with a bid bond. In the event that an electronically submitted bid has a corrupted attachment, the bid will be considered null and void by the owner.

Each bid submitted must be marked on the outside “Bid for: Ashley Fumiture Fire Protection – Rebid, Lee County Board of Supervisors.

A satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder or an accepted Surety, a certified check, or bank draft payable to the LEE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS, on negotiable U.S. Government Bonds (at par value), shall be submitted with each bid in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid.
